The hotel is currently facing some unexpected noisy piling works carried out next door, which will last till 26th Feb 2008. As an immediate form of remedy, the hotel is making arrangement for free transfers for all its guests to Penang Parkroyal Hotel during this period to use their pool facilities in the event they find the noise intolerable. Transfer time arrangement will be available at the hotel lobby counter.
