The Hotel’s meetings, conventions and exhibition capabilities have made it the top choice among seminar and function organizers. The hotel has the two largest column free ballrooms in the Northern region that are supported by an additional 23 function rooms – some of which serve as hospitality suites and break-out rooms. Combined, the ballrooms and function rooms offer a total area of 5160 square metres. Set in theatre style, the Matahari and Grand Ballrooms can cater up to 2000 and 1500 persons respectively. The Exhibition Hall that covers another 4100 square metres can place 240 booths. Video conferencing facilities are available in the Executive Boardroom. Set up to comfortably seat 20 persons, the Executive Boardroom is equipped with state of the art equipment and WiFi access.
